Planning your first trip to Goa? Here are the things you should do

10 am: Hike to the Netravali waterfall

2 pm: Customise freshly caught kingfish into a rawa fry/roast or curry

4 pm: Soak in the architecture of Tambdi Surla temple, Valpoi

6 am: Take a hot air balloon ride at Assolda football ground (6:45 am-8 am)

10 am: Enjoy breakfast at a local bakery

12 pm: Visit the aviation museum at Vasco da Gama

7 pm: Witness a peaceful sunset at Bogmalo beach (4 km from Dabolim airport)

If you are in love with Goan food and want to buy spices that bring magic to the food, then we suggest you visit Mapusa Friday Market in Panjim. The market opens from 8 am to 6:30 pm and is the best place in Goa to buy authentic aromatic spices of various kinds. You will also get antiques and handcrafted items to add to your souvenir list.
